The exhibition design was developed through a symbolic interpretation of the artist’s work, drawing on concepts of monumentality and abstraction to shape the museographic language. Diagonal geometries were introduced in contrast to the galleries’ orthogonal architecture, creating dynamic visual axes and circulation paths.
The installation incorporated illuminated plinths, recessed niches, and reinforced platforms for large-scale sculptures, precisely addressing both technical and interpretive requirements. The project received an Honorable Mention in the Miguel Covarrubias–Beatriz Barba Ahuatzin Award for Museographic Design and Exhibition.
